Used Car Sales Associate

Tansky Sawmill Toyota is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Used Car Sales Associate to join our team in Columbus, OH. In this role, you will assist customers in finding the perfect pre-owned vehicle to meet their needs, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall success of our dealership. Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized vehicle recommendations. Present and demonstrate used vehicles to customers, highlighting features and benefits. Negotiate sales and finalize transactions in a professional manner. Maintain thorough knowledge of the inventory, pricing, and current promotions. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet or exceed sales targets. Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and relevant legal regulations. Requirements Previous experience in automotive sales or a related customer service role is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. High level of motivation and a drive to achieve sales goals. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
