In this role, you will be on the front lines of keeping our technology environment running smoothly — supporting the hardware, software, networks, and specialized member service technologies that our team depends on every day. Key Responsibilities Administer servers, workstations, and network devices under the direction of the IT Director Support the Microsoft 365 environment including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) Develop deep expertise in the credit union's member‑facing technology platforms, including Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) and cash recyclers Assist with the configuration, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of ITMs and related peripherals Partner with branch staff and operations to support technology upgrades and new deployments that impact the member experience Contribute input on the strategic direction and roadmap for member service technology platforms Provide first- and second-level support for hardware, software, and network issues via the help desk ticketing system Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely, service‑oriented manner — treating every request with urgency and professionalism Assist with system configurations, software installations, and technology upgrades Support new employee onboarding — configure equipment, set up accounts, and ensure team members are ready on day one Maintain user accounts, permissions, and access rights in line with security protocols Participate in the deployment of new technologies and enhancements across the organization Follow cybersecurity protocols and actively help identify potential risks or vulnerabilities Qualifications Experience 2–5 years of IT support experience, with a focus on Windows environments, networking, and systems administration Strong working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows Server administration Proficiency with Microsoft 365 administration — user management, licensing, Teams/SharePoint configuration, and Exchange Online Familiarity with backup/patching cycles, basic scripting, and routine system maintenance Experience with — or strong interest in — member service or financial technology platforms such as ITMs, cash recyclers, or core banking integrations a plus Education Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field — or equivalent experience with applicable certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft certifications, or similar) Required Skills Service mindset — you treat team members the way we treat members: with patience, professionalism, and genuine care Clear communicator — able to translate technical issues into plain language for non‑technical staff Active listener — you ask good questions and understand what someone needs before jumping to a solution Organized and reliable — you manage competing priorities, follow through consistently, and document your work Curious and forward‑thinking — you think about what could be better and bring ideas, not just completed tasks Employment Details Location: HRCCU Operations Center in Corinth, NY. Salary: $62,500-$78,000 based on candidate’s experience, qualifications, and demonstrated skills relevant to the position. Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA & HSA options.
