The ideal candidate will want to learn processes and the day to day of HR as well as support in recruiting and talent acquisition . Tuopu is looking for someone who would be interested in pursuing a career in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Marketing, or Business Administration and is eager to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other recruiting channels. Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers. Conduct initial candidate screenings and phone interviews. Maintain applicant tracking systems and candidate records. Assist with creating and posting job advertisements. Participate in recruiting events, job fairs, and community outreach initiatives. Track recruiting metrics and prepare hiring reports. Onboarding & HR Support Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation activities. Prepare onboarding paperwork and employee files. Help ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations. Support HR projects and administrative tasks as assigned. Maintain confidentiality of employee and candidate information. Qualifications: Ability to start ASAP. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to handle confidential information professionally. Pay and Benefits: Hourly Range: $18-$20/hr Full-Time or Part-Time available Exposure to the full hiring and onboarding process.
