Registered Nurse (RN) Nursery

If you are passionate about providing compassionate care to newborns, join us as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Nursery. In this role, you will deliver specialized nursing care to healthy or at-risk infants while supporting families during this critical stage of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to newborns, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with feeding or bathing.
• Educate parents on newborn care practices such as breastfeeding techniques, safe sleeping habits, and recognizing signs of illness.
• Collaborate with pediatricians or neonatologists to address any medical concerns or complications in newborns' health status.
• Perform routine screenings such as hearing tests or metabolic screenings for early detection of potential issues.
• Create a supportive environment for families by addressing concerns or questions related to newborn care and recovery after childbirth.

Work Environment:

• The role is based in hospital nurseries or neonatal units where RNs provide direct care to newborns in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• This position requires compassion, patience, and attention to detail when working with infants and their families during sensitive moments of transition into parenthood.
