Bartender Position at The Sebastian VailWe are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our team at The Sebastian Vail. The ideal candidate is passionate about mixology, possesses excellent customer service skills, and has a deep understanding of drink preparation and presentation. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving drinks, and ensuring that guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience at our bar.Key Responsibilities:Craft and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages according to our recipes and standardsProvide exceptional service to guests, including greeting customers, taking drink orders, and engaging in friendly conversationStay informed about our drink menu, including seasonal offerings and promotional items, to provide recommendations to guestsMaintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware, restocking supplies, and disposing of wasteMonitor and manage inventory levels, assist with ordering and restocking as necessary, and track drink ingredients and suppliesAdhere to all health, safety, and liquor regulations, ensuring that all practices comply with local and state lawsWork closely with other staff members to ensure seamless service and support during peak timesQualifications:Previous bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale environmentKnowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and beverage trendsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guestsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalismMust be at least 21 years old and possess a valid bartender's license or certification, as required by local regulationsFlexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as neededA passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing outstanding guest experiencesBenefits:Free onsite shift parkingDiscounted F&B, Spa Treatments & Retail up to 40% off401K with MatchPTOFull benefits such as Medical, Dental, Vision, LTD/STD, Life, Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital Insurance.Free onsite Chef prepared employee dining room with hot meals and salad barThis job description is not all inclusive.
