Team Members are the backbone of the Bolla Market operation. The Team Member position responsibilities comprehensively includes all the duties necessary to run and operate the business. Bolla Markets and their in-store brands rely on our Team Members to provide outstanding customer service, maintain a clean & organized facility, stock and track inventory, and operate the register. Bolla Market expects our store employees to demonstrate reliability and integrity, greet customers with a smile, and maintain the Bolla Market standard of excellence.

What will you be doing?

• Provide quick, efficient and courteous service to all customers
• Prepare & handle food items in a safe and efficient manner
• Effectively communicate with customers to increase sales & customer loyalty
• Maintain store image and ensure it is up to par with Bolla Market standards
• Effectively and accurately handle cash register to ring up sales
• Perform all standard jobs for the role, including cleaning and sanitizing
• Keep track of inventory and stock merchandise (with proper training)
• Lift up to 25 lbs. of merchandise while stocking store
