Nursing Home Financial Liaison (Business Office Manager)

We are HIRING!
Winder Center for Nursing and Healing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Financial Liaison/Business Office Manager (BOM) to join our team! As a valued member of our staff, you will play a critical role in overseeing various business office functions, including resident files, payroll, accounts payable, and more. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional care and a strong background in business, human resources, or related fields, we encourage you to apply!
Responsibilities:
Submit and track Medicaid applications via Gateway and GAMMIS
Guide families through documentation and spend-down requirements
Coordinate with Medicaid caseworkers and state agencies for approvals and appeals
Collaborate with legal, hospice, and corporate billing teams to resolve issues and ensure timely approvals

Required Qualifications:
Experience in Business, Human Resources, Admissions, or related fields
Prior experience working in a long-term care organization
Experience in processing Medicaid applications and payroll
