Are you organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment? Join the team at Domico Med-Device as a Shipping & Receiving Clerk and play an important role in keeping materials, products, and information moving efficiently throughout our manufacturing operation.

This is a hands-on position that combines shipping, receiving, material handling, inventory organization, and computer work. You'll work closely with our manufacturing and office teams to make sure materials arrive where they need to go and finished products are packaged and shipped accurately and on time.

As a Shipping & Receiving Clerk, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep our operation running smoothly, including:

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and supplies
• Package finished products safely and accurately for shipment
• Load and unload materials and finished products
• Prepare shipping documentation and print shipping labels
• Verify quantities, product information, and shipping details for accuracy
• Operate a Hi-Lo/forklift to safely move materials throughout the facility
• Maintain organized shipping, receiving, and material storage areas
• Deliver materials to the appropriate departments as needed
• Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal team members
• Enter and maintain shipping and receiving information in computer systems
• Identify discrepancies, damaged materials, or shipping concerns and communicate them appropriately
• Follow all company safety, quality, and material-handling procedures
• Assist with other warehouse and manufacturing support activities as needed

We're looking for someone who is dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable staying active throughout the workday. The right candidate will take pride in accuracy, work well with others, and be willing to learn our processes and systems.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attendance and dependability
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new programs
• Ability to safely lift and move materials as required
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized in a changing environment

• Prior shipping, receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing experience
• Hi-Lo/forklift experience
• Experience with shipping software or ERP systems
• Experience preparing shipping documentation and labels
• Previous material-handling experience
