Here, youll be part of a supportive team where your skills and contributions truly make a difference./ppDuties Include but are not limited to:/pulliCompletes admission assessment and recognizes actual and potential health problems./liliCompletes admission assessment within 8 hours of admission (provisions made/documented i.e., Functional/Cognitive Status)./liliCompletes nursing assessment on assigned patients promptly and adequately, within an hour, to ensure patient safety and continuity of care./liliPerforms medication list verification upon admission along with review of allergies./liliContinuously assesses patient response to illness intervention and use of critical thinking to problem solve.
