Global Mobility & Visa Programs Lead

Pursuit Collection is seeking an International Programs & Internal Mobility Manager to lead visa program administration and cross-border mobility across our growing footprint. You will partner with immigration counsel, sponsors, and external partners to ensure accurate, timely work authorization for team members. You’ll develop scalable mobility frameworks, coordinate relocations, transfers, and align with talent planning, payroll, and benefits.
