Job Summary The Varsity 8-Man Football Assistant Coach works directly under the direction of the Head Football Coach to support the development, supervision, and success of the football program. The Assistant Coach is responsible for helping develop student-athletes both on and off the field while assisting with football schemes, play development, player training, practice organization, game preparation, and overall program operations.
The Assistant Coach is expected to work collaboratively with the Head Coach and coaching staff while maintaining the authority, expectations, philosophy, and standards established by the Head Football Coach and school. Requirements / Qualifications
