We are hiring a Leasing Sales Consultant to work onsite at our neighboring apartment communities, Solay and Alleia at Presidio in Fort Worth, TX .

What We Offer

AIR offers a compensation package designed to reward performance and provide multiple opportunities to maximize your earnings:

• Base Pay Rate of $20.00 - $24.00 per hour + Competitive Commissions. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
  • Multiple opportunities to increase commission per lease including:
    • Higher rent rate unit :  Updated finishes, larger floorplan, better view, etc.
    • Exceeding monthly goal :  Several tiers to increase percentage of total lease value earned per lease
    • Longer lease term : 18-month or longer vs. the standard 12-month length
• 25% Rent Discount  at any AIR community.
  • Option to live onsite with zero commute or at a nearby AIR community.
• Possible Extended Time Off (depending on business need)  to enjoy a Winter Break after peak season has ended.
  • You will  keep all your benefits  (including your 25% rent discount) during this unpaid break while you refresh and recharge during the holiday season! During your time off the opportunities are endless; take vacations, follow passions, spend time with loved ones, volunteer, or take a seasonal holiday job. Then, come the start of peak season, be ready to return and do it all again!

What You Will Do

• Follow AIR's proven sales process, including prospect follow-up, appointment setting, community tours, and lease conversions.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly leasing goals and performance expectations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for prospects and residents.
• Build and maintain strong relationships throughout the resident journey, from initial inquiry through move-in.
• Support marketing and outreach initiatives that drive traffic and leasing activity.
• Provide leasing support across AIR communities as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.

What You Have

• 1+ year of sales and customer service experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals in a fast-paced environment (property management, hospitality, retail, customer service, or restaurant industries).
• Demonstrated ability to follow a sales process and convert prospects into customers.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage competing priorities.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and seasonal business needs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
