Licensed Practical Nurse - Skilled Nursing Facility

Signature HealthCARE of Rogersville is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide person-centered care for residents in our skilled nursing and rehab center. The LPN will deliver direct bedside care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, and accurately document in electronic health records. You will collaborate with RNs, physicians, therapists, and CNAs to support individualized care plans, promote safety, and uphold dignity and comfort. This role supports resident and family education, participates in quality improvement, and contributes to a respectful, team-focused work culture.
