RN Field Clinical Leader & Mentor (Home Health)
HealthFlex Home Health Services
HealthFlex Home Health Services is seeking an experienced RN to become Field Clinical Supervisor, blending bedside care with field leadership.
You will supervise a team of RNs, LVNs, and HHAs, conduct Start of Care evaluations, mentor staff, and participate in quality initiatives while remaining clinically active in patient visits.
This hybrid role requires travel across the service area, strong regulatory knowledge, and a commitment to improving patient outcomes.
