Registered Nurse - Acute Care | 12-Hour Night Shifts

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

12-hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our acute care team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care, ensure patient safety, and work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in an acute care setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families regarding health management and treatment options.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Registered Nurse License.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification.
• Prior experience in acute care nursing preferred.
