SUMMARY The Receptionist is responsible for maintaining the reception area as well as answering incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner. Organize and efficiently distribute mail / packages, greet and assist CFCU visitors and help them check in as needed; responsible for mailroom operations. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm Who You Are Administrative professional with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; work cooperatively and courteously with members and colleagues. Strong comprehension skills, ability to complete brief correspondence and memos. Excellent attention to detail with focus on accuracy is a must. Ability to organize and prioritize duties to perform job functions in timely manner. Project a professional image in speech and appearance for public interaction. What You Will Do Answer switchboard calls and route to appropriate party. Greet visitors, determine purpose of visit and relay to correct individual or department. Prepare and assemble mailings, sort incoming mail for distribution, manage delivery of received items. Coordinate/mail various credit union related letters. Education and Experience Minimum 1-2 years of reception or administrative experience, for a financial institution preferred. High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required. Any combination of education & experience providing skills/abilities to perform essential functions required. Communication Federal Credit Union is an equal opportunity employer.
