Home Parent Educator
The Children’s Center of Cicero-Berwyn
Responsible to adhering to: the Head Start Performance Standards. Primary duties are: Develop mutually trustful relationships with all families within caseload. Plan and facilitate regularly scheduled home visits with all families on caseload. Provide developmentally appropriate and simulating activates that help develop the relationship/bonding of parent and child. Help parents organize and access services based on individual family needs and act as an advocate for families when needed. Maintain harmonious working relationship with others.
