Sales and Operations Associate

L.L.Bean is seeking a Sales and Operations Associate for our Flagship Store in Freeport, ME on the 3rd shift (overnight). In this role, you'll support a customer-obsessed, outdoor-focused brand by ensuring the sales floor is well-stocked, merchandised, and ready for shoppers each morning. Responsibilities include processing inventory, restocking shelves, maintaining store cleanliness, operating POS as needed, and upholding safety and loss prevention standards. You'll work collaboratively with a supportive team, gain retail and operations experience, and have opportunities for growth within a mission-driven, community-minded company.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming inventory and restock sales floor efficiently
• Maintain merchandising standards and store presentation overnight
• Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance
• Support basic sales and customer service needs as required
• Operate POS system for occasional transactions
• Assist with inventory counts, tagging, and stockroom organization
• Follow loss prevention and security procedures on 3rd shift
• Collaborate with team and shift lead to meet nightly goals
• Communicate issues with stock, signage, or store conditions
