Job Description

Custodian – Manufacturing (Shop Floor)

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team and help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient manufacturing environment. This role is focused entirely on shop floor operations and does not include office or restroom cleaning.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Pay: $18.50/hour

What You’ll Do:

Perform routine cleaning of manufacturing shop floors and complete daily sanitation logs
Operate a T681 sit-down floor scrubber to clean large areas during scheduled intervals throughout your shift
Clean tanks and mezzanine areas, ensuring all surfaces are free of production residue
Protect and verify equipment labeling (serial numbers and tags) and report any damaged or non-working equipment
Track and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies used across the shop floor
Assist with additional cleaning and light maintenance tasks as assigned

Ability to work independently and stay on schedule
Dependable and consistent attendance
