First California Physician Partners is actively seeking additional OB/GYN physicians to join our growing community-based team in Palm Springs, CA ! This is an excellent opportunity to be part of one of the largest healthcare systems in the country and practice full-spectrum obstetrics and gynecology in a supportive, physician-led environment.


Position Highlights

• Full-time, employed position
• Full-scope OB/GYN practice
• Robotic surgery capabilities
• Combination of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
• Average daily patient census: 20-25 patients

• On-site Laborist team
• On-site neonatologists
• On-site hospitalist pediatricians
• On-Site MFM
• 2 dedicated operating rooms
• 25 labor and deliver rooms
• Level III NICU
• In-office ultrasound
• Clinic location in close proximity to Desert Regional Medical Center

Candidate Requirements

• MD or DO degree required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
• Eligible for California medical licensure

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary range: $310,000 - $450,000
• Compensation based on qualifications, experience, and productivity
