Lead Maintenance Supervisor - Rockledge, FL 32955

Take the lead in maintaining a high-quality apartment community where your technical expertise and leadership skills keep operations running smoothly. This role offers steady hours and the opportunity to guide onsite maintenance efforts.

Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm


Pay: $25/hr (Depending on Experience)


Type: Contract or Contract to Hire

Job Description

• To oversee daily maintenance operations and onsite staff
• To complete and assign work orders and preventative maintenance
• To perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance, and HVAC repairs
• To ensure unit turns meet quality standards
• To maintain property safety and compliance expectations

Qualifications

• Apartment maintenance leadership or supervisory experience
• EPA Type II or Universal Certification
• Strong skills in general maintenance trades
• Ability to oversee staff and prioritize workload
• Own tools required
