This role demands a proactive leader with expertise in hospitality and food and beverage operations, committed to maintaining high standards and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a diverse team of 30+ employees to ensure smooth daily operations
• Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance guest satisfaction
• Oversee inventory control and maintain optimal stock levels
• Conduct staff training to uphold service excellence
• Maintain financial oversight including budgeting and cost management
• Develop and manage staff schedules to meet operational needs
• Manage budgeting processes to optimize profitability
• Ensure compliance with restaurant and hospitality management standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in restaurant management
• Background in hospitality management
