Accelerated Loan Officer Training Program

Are you motivated, competitive, and looking for a career with unlimited growth potential? Button Finance is seeking ambitious individuals to join our Accelerated Loan Officer Training Program .
Whether you're new to the mortgage industry or looking to start a long-term career in sales, we'll provide the training, licensing, and support needed to become a successful Mortgage Loan Officer.
No mortgage experience required. We invest in the right people.

Our 4-Week Accelerated Training Program:
Our structured program is designed to prepare you for a successful career as a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer.
Weeks 1–2: NMLS Licensing Preparation
- Comprehensive NMLS exam preparation
- Study materials and instructor-led training
- Licensing guidance and support
- We cover the cost of your required licensing and training
Weeks 3–4: Loan Officer Training
After passing your NMLS exam, you'll begin hands-on training focused on becoming a productive Loan Officer, including:
- Mortgage products and lending guidelines
- Loan origination systems and technology
- Sales techniques and objection handling
- Compliance and regulatory requirements
- Customer communication and consultation
- Live coaching and mentorship from experienced Trainers and Loan Officers
By the end of the program, you'll have the knowledge and practical skills needed to begin your career with Button Finance.
Career Growth:
Successful graduates of the program transition into a Mortgage Loan Officer position with Button Finance.
