#Tech-Pro-Admin-01 Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented, dependable individual to support a project involving the review and organization of a large volume of digital images. This is a highly repetitive, process-driven position requiring someone who is comfortable spending extended periods of time reviewing thousands of images and making consistent determinations based on established customer guidelines. The selected candidate will undergo approximately two weeks of onsite training in Michigan before transitioning to remote work. The position is temporary and may last several months, depending on project volume and customer needs. Responsibilities Review large volumes of digital images using a computer-based system. Evaluate images according to established customer criteria to determine if they meet required standards. Identify and separate acceptable and unacceptable images. Organize images and files using established folder structures and naming conventions. Create, maintain, and manage folders and digital files. Follow detailed instructions and established processes consistently. Maintain a high level of accuracy while working through repetitive, high-volume tasks. Communicate questions, issues, and unusual findings to appropriate team members. Track progress and communicate status as requested. Work independently once training is completed. Maintain consistent productivity and quality throughout the assignment. Potentially assist with training a second temporary resource if additional project support is added. Qualifications Strong basic computer skills are required. Comfortable navigating files, folders, and computer-based systems. Experience with basic file management, including creating, organizing, moving, renaming, and sorting files. Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize differences between images based on established criteria. Ability to remain focused and productive while performing repetitive tasks for extended periods. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to follow detailed instructions and apply them consistently. Comfortable asking questions when clarification is needed. Self-motivated and able to work independently after training. Reliable and able to commit to the anticipated duration of the project. Willing and able to travel to Michigan for approximately two weeks of initial training and travel periodically thereafter as needed. Additional Information This is a temporary project-based assignment and is not expected to transition to permanent employment. Initial training will be conducted onsite in Michigan for approximately two weeks. Following training, the position is expected to be performed remotely from the employee's home location. Additional travel to Michigan may be required during the assignment. If project volume increases, a second resource may be added. The initial resource may be asked to assist with training that individual. Start date is ASAP. Assignment length will depend on project volume and customer requirements.
