Financial Analyst

Job Title: Finance Analyst Industry: Manufacturing Location: Fort Worth, TX Pay Rate: $32.49/hr Client Overview This opportunity is with a global leader in materials science and manufacturing technology, operating a large-scale production facility in the Fort Worth area. The site supports a broader North American manufacturing network, and this role sits within the plant's finance function, working directly with plant leadership to support day-to-day financial operations and decision-making for the business unit. Top 3 Skills Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis General ledger accounting and monthly close processes GAAP compliance and internal/external controls What You'll Do Support the monthly financial closing, reporting, and forecasting process Coordinate journal entries and reconciliations, and maintain accuracy of the general ledger Ensure compliance with internal and external controls and accounting policies Provide financial analysis and decision support to plant management Assist with budgeting and planning systems and prepare financial and management reports Conduct audit programs such as inventory cycle counts and support corrective action efforts Monitor daily business unit operations and help resolve financial issues Track spending, control costs, and research expense variances with department managers Support process improvement initiatives across the finance function Provide financial analysis for capital projects and cost reduction initiatives What We Need From You Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration 5 to 10 years of relevant finance or accounting experience Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with the ability to connect findings to business impact Strong presentation and problem solving skills Preferred / Bonus Experience working in SAP Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships across finance teams and business stakeholders at all levels Comfortable challenging inputs and questioning existing processesAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast changing environment Strong oral and written communication skills About Elevait Elevait Solutions was founded by veterans who believe that how you treat people is the only thing that actually matters in this industry.
