Essential Job Functions:

• Analyzes Processes, Problems, Trends, And Strategies At An Expert Level To Assist In The Development And Implementation Of Technical Solutions That Achieve Business Goals.
• Contributes To The Execution Of It Projects From Project Idea Through The Project Implementation With A Focus On Requirement Development And Management.
• Manages Customer/It Relationships Advocating Toward Solutions Which Return High Value To The Organization.
• Communicates To Present Ideas And Influence People.
• Understands, Manages, And Adheres To Processes And Standards Which Apply To Daily Work.
• Utilizes Collective Skills To Elicit And Communicate Business Drivers.

Required Experience:

• Analyze Field Service Business Processes And Map Them To Ofs Functionality.
• Configure Ofs Modules, Including Routing Plans, Activity Mgmt., User Interfaces, And Provide Functional Support.
• Experience Working In Utility T&D And Asset Management.
• Expertise In Breaking Down Requirements Into User Stories With Acceptance Criteria.
• Ability To Create Data Flow, Process Flow, Swim-Lane/Sequence Workflow, And System Context Diagrams.
• Experience Integrating With Customer Information System And Work Management System.
• Excellent Written And Oral Communication Skills.
