Senior Demand Generation Manager

Seeking a dynamic Senior Demand Generation Manager, the full-time role will drive pipeline growth through strategic and tactical execution of multi-channel marketing initiatives, focusing on digital lead generation while building scalable processes and infrastructure in a remote environment. Key responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive demand generation strategy across various channels Manage and optimize digital campaigns with a focus on maximizing lead quality and ROI through A/B testing and real-time adjustments Develop content that educates and engages prospects, transforming them from skeptical observers to advocates Required qualifications: 8-10+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in B2B Healthcare or employer benefits markets Proven ability to build and optimize marketing campaigns while thinking strategically about market positioning Strong understanding of healthcare/financial concepts and the ability to communicate them effectively to C-suite executives Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and campaign improvement
