Essential Duties & Responsibilities Provides trauma‑informed clinical services in the form of triage, crisis intervention, assessment, individual, group and/or family therapy, screening, treatment planning, and referral within a multidisciplinary team and departmental coverage for staff absences. Completes all required documentation related to client treatment in accordance with established procedures. Coordinates care and referral with other community agencies (i.e., hospitals, emergency rooms, jails, homeless shelters, outpatient programs) and consults and collaborates with other behavioral/medical health providers. Meets productivity standards for the position and role. Attends and participates in all required departmental staff meetings, provider meetings, supervision (including peer meetings), systems feedback, problem solving, and support for development protocols which enhance service delivery. Participates in trainings to bring new service delivery options to clinical care (e.g., EMDR, ART). Develops new models of treatment – evidence‑based practices. Engages in internal capacity building (i.e., staff embedded in schools, community outreach, and education). Performs related duties as required. *All agency staff are required to attend all mandatory department/agency meetings and trainings* Schedule Full Time, 40 hours a week, Monday‑Thursday between 8 am‑7 pm, Fridays 8 am up to 5 pm. Clinicians are expected to work at least one late night until 7 pm. Education &/Or Experience Master’s Degree in a Behavioral Health discipline from an Accredited University, advanced licensure in the State of Connecticut as a Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Psychologist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) with 2 years of experience in a recovery‑oriented system of care in behavioral health.
