We specialize in outdoor living products for the backyard to include pavers, synthetic turf, BBQ islands, fire pits, swimming pools and a full landscaping division
Qualifications
- We want a real sales leader - someone who knows how to recruit talent, train, manage and build a team that can produce at a high level
- Has real door-to-door appointment setting experience (minimum one year experience)
- Knows how to recruit and develop talent
- Can hold people accountable on a daily basis
- English (Required)
Responsibilities
- Recruiting new candidates
- Training using the company-proven program
- Following and leading with company’s policies and procedures
- Driving lead generation through personal production
- Scheduling and payroll duties
- You will be supported with an excellent team behind you, ownership that will help support and invest in you
