What You'll Do

As a Client Engagement Associate, you'll be an essential part of our team, supporting client interactions and ensuring smooth processes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Client Outreach : Contact individuals who have requested information, registered for a masterclass, attended an educational event, or engaged with Moon Wealth Partners.
• Scheduling : Schedule and confirm Retirement Blueprint Reviews and other consultations.
• Communication : Conduct approved follow-up communication via telephone, text, and email to keep clients informed and engaged.
• Preparation : Assist with assessment and fact-finder completion, preparing key information for licensed professionals.
• CRM Management : Maintain accurate records in GoHighLevel/MWOS, including contact details, conversation notes, appointment outcomes, and next steps.
• Educational Support : Provide approved educational resources and explain the next steps in our planning process.
• Event Assistance : Support workflows for webinars, seminars, masterclasses, and other client engagement activities.
• Professional Development : Participate in structured training, coaching, role-play, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
