Regional Manager – Children's Dental FunZoneChildren's Dental FunZone is a fast-growing, multi-location pediatric dental practice with 20 offices across Southern California. We're passionate about creating a fun, welcoming environment for kids and their families while delivering top-quality dental care.We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Manager to oversee operations, ensuring efficiency, excellence, and a positive culture that supports both our patients and our team.Key Responsibilities:Lead and support the West Covina office team to meet company goals and deliver outstanding patient experiences.Manage daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and office performance.Provide coaching, mentorship, and training to managers and staff.Analyze KPIs, production goals, and operational reports to ensure efficiency and compliance.Partner with executive leadership to implement new processes, strategies, and company initiatives.Foster a positive, team-oriented culture while ensuring accountability.Qualifications:4–5 years of Dental Management or Regional/District Management experience required.Strong knowledge of HMO, PPO, and Denti-Cal.Proven ability to lead large teams (15+ staff).Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.Ortho experience preferred but not required.Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.Why Join Us?Competitive Salary: $70,000 – $95,000 DOEComprehensive Benefits Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, plus we match)Positive, family-focused cultureMake a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families every day
