Job Summary:
An RN (Registered Nurse) for the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) in Clarkston, Washington. This position involves providing comprehensive patient care in a 25-bed critical access hospital. The role requires a candidate to be experienced in all areas of inpatient care, flexible to work across departments as needed, and skilled in patient education, safety, and documentation. Candidates must bring their license on the first day of work.

Job Details:

• Location: Clarkston, Washington
• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Wa license must be ACTIVE. The candidate must have experience in MedSurg/PCU, with knowledge of infection control, equipment troubleshooting, and patient safety procedures.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a critical access hospital setting and flexibility to work across departments.
• Additional Information: Position urgency is quick start. Candidates will be expected to perform patient education, operate equipment safely, document accurately, and maintain supplies.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
