Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Job Summary:
The surgical nurse will provide specialized perioperative care to patients undergoing various procedures. They will support the surgical team by ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes throughout the operative process.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and prepare the operating room for upcoming surgeries.
• Assist surgeons and anesthesia providers during procedures.
• Monitor and assess patient vital signs and anesthesia levels.
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
• Document surgical procedures, patient responses, and relevant clinical information.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with no disciplinary history.
• Experience with robotics, preferably DaVinci robotic systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong knowledge of perioperative nursing practices and procedures.
• Flexible availability to cover shifts and respond to call requirements.
