Manufacturing Trainer

Manufacturing TrainerVictaulic is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Trainer to join our Kansas City, MO team. In this role, you'll evaluate employees to identify and address weaknesses in production skills, and conduct training tailored to individual skill levels. You'll work closely with shop employees to develop new skills in the manufacturing process, including coating, and present technical data and training requirements. Encouraging employees to pursue training and identifying potential candidates for progression will be key aspects of your role. You'll track employee success and progress, assist in communicating training programs, and prepare and deliver manufacturing training sessions, measuring their effectiveness based on success rates.
