Responsibilities include: Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Teach and reinforce communication, social, and behavioral skills Collect and record data to track progress (training provided) Participate in supervision sessions and team meetings Work collaboratively with your BCBA and therapy team Qualifications Required RBT Certification OR completion of the 40‑hour RBT training High school diploma or equivalent Ability to pass a background check Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient, and reliable Preferred Experience working with children Experience as a Behavior Technician, ABA Therapist, or RBT Job Details Job Types: Part-time Pay: $24.00 – $30.00 per hour Schedule: Flexible scheduling available Work Location: In-person #J-18808-Ljbffr New-Dawn-Aba
