Senior Project ManagerCACI is looking for a Senior Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, coordinating, and management of cost, schedule and performance of all aspects of complex engineering projects and tasks related to Zero Trust. The Project Manager will serve as the technical point of contact for the Program Manager directly contributing to program efforts in several areas including schedule, deliverable status updates, and risk identification and mitigation.Responsibilities:Assist the Program Manager with allocation of resourcesDirect and mentor project team members to provide effective and efficient technical deliverables and engineering plansDocument system and process project improvementsProvide analysis of operational objectives and draft plans to meet outcomesReview risk and risk mitigation activities and provide mitigation strategies and plansDevelop Work Breakdown structures, Project Plans, and Project Schedules and MilestonesProvide detailed tracking of project requirementsManage personnel management of technical project teamsQualifications: Required:8 years of experience conducting technical requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting for technical projects and contracts of similar size, scope, and complexityBachelor Degree from an accredited college or university6 years of additional program management experience of similar scope, type, and complexity with the Federal Government may be substituted for a Bachelor's degreeProject Management Professional (PMP) certification or Defense Acquisition Workflow Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level 3 certification in Program ManagementDesired:Expert communication and presentation skillsWhat You Can Expect:A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
