Earn up to $300,000! As an HVAC Comfort Advisor, you’ll help homeowners make informed and confident decisions about replacing their HVAC systems. Your role is focused on education, service, and trust; not high-pressure sales. You’ll build strong customer relationships, provide clear replacement options, and ensure every homeowner receives a positive, professional experience. What You'll Do Train and mentor apprentices to support long-term team development. Respond to priority or lead calls within 24 hours. Maintain strong knowledge of safety practices, permits, code requirements, and product options. Meet and exceed all KPI and performance expectations. Collaborate with service technicians, install teams, and dispatch to ensure seamless workflow. Educate customers on financing options and maintenance plans. Present yourself professionally to earn trust, referrals, and repeat business. Work closely with customer service and dispatch to strengthen overall business success. Participate actively in training, morning meetings, and company retreats. What You'll Bring A strong sales background with a proven ability to guide customers through major decisions. Solid financial understanding, including assessing job profitability. Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. A desire to grow daily and continually elevate your technical and customer service skills. Working knowledge of local HVAC codes and the ability to apply them on the job. Comfort learning and using iPad-based software systems. A collaborative attitude with the drive to win individually and as a team.
