YOUR TASKS THIS POSITION CAN BE LOCATED IN PEACHTREE CITY, GEORGIA OR NORTHVILLE, MICHIGAN Monitoring Hella procedures, taking financial and controlling aspects into account, and implementing them in the organizational unit concerned on the basis of prescribed guidelines. DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES Preparing and accompanying sales planning / turnover planning / investment planning / reimbursement planning for a specified field of activity in all its aspects, in close cooperation with the head of department responsible. Taking responsibility for the correctness and reliability of all operative evaluations and key performance indicators within the organizational unit concerned. Involvement in the implementation and regular transfer of data within the context of the methods specified by those responsible in Controlling. Involvement in the development and analysis of key performance indicators as an aid for cost planning and guiding business processes. Indicating improvement potentials for economic feasibility and preparing plans of action and monitoring their realization. Coordinating and carrying out investment and economic feasibility calculations, as well as budget planning in the division concerned, on the basis of existing guidelines. Examining and evaluating economic technical correlations for the division concerned and informing the people involved on the basis of existing guidelines. Involvement in the development, implementation and responsibility of efficient controlling within the context of specified processes and methods, as well as the existing guidelines. Involvement in the processing of inter‑divisional tasks that have an effect on the area of responsibility. Training of those responsible for costs with regard to matters related. Involvement in the further development of concepts to improve the recording, analysis, modeling, presentation and administration of controlling‑related data in cooperation with the organizational units responsible. Involvement in benchmarking both within and outside the company. Steering processes and methods for controlling, informing about or initiating measures in agreement with the superior. Preparation of target/actual deviation analyses and discussion of the results with the person responsible for the budget. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in finance or relevant field.
