As an operations analyst, you will collect and analyze information related to software projects and digital SoCs, maintaining clear record of program status and identifying risks, gaps, and dependencies. This role will collaborate with product management, engineering, and project management to generate clear insights into project and portfolio health.Responsibilities:Engage with cross functional teams to track software and SoC projects from ideation through releaseDevelop and maintain interactive dashboards that track status across a diverse portfolio of projectsRegularly generate project and portfolio status reports, emphasizing any meaningful changes and risksTrack product requirements generation, ensuring timely stakeholder reviewsProcess new requirements for projects in development, provide estimated schedule and staffing impactsAssist in developing standardized practices for new project intakeProvide hands-on coordination for early stage programsEngage with project managers to consolidate project execution schedules, ensure alignment with internal and external stakeholdersCoordinate with NPI team to complete official checkoffs ahead of product releaseRequired Qualifications:Highly motivated and adaptable, able to anticipate business needs and respond to changing prioritiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailBachelor's degree in analytics, operations, business, engineering, or related fieldsStrong written and verbal communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:2+ years of experience in operations, analytics, project management, product managementExperience within the semiconductor industry or software companiesExperience using PowerBI, Excel, and Atlassian toolsAnalog Devices is an equal opportunity employer.
