Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist in Ballwin, MO

We are seeking a driven and passionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC/CF) for a full-time, contract opportunity serving multiple schools, with an immediate start through early June 2026.


The district values both experienced clinicians and recent graduates - comprehensive supervision for Clinical Fellows (CFY) is readily available. Bilingual candidates are especially encouraged to apply.


Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Successful completion of the Praxis examination
• Valid (or provisional) Missouri SLP license
• Ability to work on-site (role is not open to remote/teletherapy/Voco candidates)
• Bilingual skills are highly desirable
• Prepared to support elementary through secondary age groups
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language services to students as outlined in IEPs
• Complete assessments, screenings, and comprehensive evaluations for students with communication disorders
• Develop, implement, and maintain individualized therapy plans
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multi-disciplinary team members
• Maintain timely and compliant documentation and progress reports
• Serve students at multiple campuses including Trautwein Elementary (3 days/week) and in the Pattonville School District (3 days/week), with caseloads tailored to your strengths
