Building Maintenance Person
PrideStaff needs a building maintenance person for our client in Florence. Do you have building maintenance experience to join their team? This is temp to hire, Mon-Fri 7:00a-3:30p. Working within the maintenance team, you will be mostly responsible for light repairs -- replacing light bulbs, fixing broken soap and paper dispensers, checking the water coolers for proper operation across the factory, some wall board repairs, fixing railing. Pay is targeted at $20/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Work within maintenance team to address light building maintenance items.
- Use of hand tools and comfort with hammer drill, drill and saw zall.
- No electrical, or major plumbing repairs -- those are outsourced.
- Get in on the ground floor to build your skills and career!
Experience:
- Previous experience with hand tools and repairs would be ideal.
- Ability to be on your feet a significant part of the day and be a self starter....identifying issues before they become an eye sore is important.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $19.00 - $20.00 Per Hour
