Key Responsibilities Architect large-scale systems with a focus on modularity, scalability, and long-term flexibility. Lead multi-team initiatives, setting direction for products, platforms, and infrastructure. Drive innovation through AI-powered solutions, designed for a future MCP-driven world. Partner with Product, Design, and Data leadership to define robust solutions — often before problems are fully articulated. Create internal frameworks, libraries, and standards that accelerate development velocity. Champion technical excellence in security, observability, maintainability, and performance. Mentor senior and staff engineers, fostering both innovation and thoughtful engineering practices. Shape engineering strategy: evaluating build vs. buy, making technology choices, and guiding organizational planning. Ideal Profile 8+ years in software engineering, with a proven track record of leading complex, high-impact projects. Experience setting technical direction and influencing both product and infrastructure. Strong bias toward clarity, simplicity, and sustainable design. Skilled at balancing velocity with long-term architectural vision. Bonus: background in fintech or compliance-heavy industries, and interest in AI coding tools.
