As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing top-notch support, answering inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Deliver high-quality customer support with quick and accurate responses. Educate clients about our investment options, products, and services. Assist with client account management, ensuring accurate records and issue resolution.
