Registered Nurse Clinical Lead Specialty ICU

How you’ll make an impact in this role Lead shift operations by strategically assigning patient care tasks to ensure every individual receives attentive, high-quality treatment tailored to their specific needs. Empower and mentor nursing and support teams through real-time education and guidance, fostering a culture of clinical excellence and professional growth. Optimize unit resources and staffing levels to maintain a seamless workflow, ensuring that both patients and clinicians have the tools they need for successful outcomes. Resolve complex care challenges by acting as the primary advocate for patients and families, addressing concerns with empathy and professional judgment. Shape team excellence by providing vital input on hiring, training, and performance evaluations to build a high-performing, compassionate clinical department. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job-specific experience.
