Certifications:
- Six (6) hour X-ray training certification
- CPR certification

Must-Have:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort

Description:
As a Dental Hygiene Assistant, you are an integral part of the care team.
You will provide support to the office and assist the professional dental staff with treatment.
We are passionate about preventive oral health care and value our hygiene team.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and set up treatment rooms, ensuring cleanliness and proper sterilization.
Assist Dental Hygienists during patient treatment progress.
Update patient health history and chart treatment progress.
Expose and develop radiographs if certified.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care.
Coordinate with clinical staff to manage inventory and sterilization of dental instruments.
Support the hygienist with patient scheduling and treatment recommendations.
Perform routine tasks while ensuring compliance with industry regulations including HIPAA and OSHA.
