Pride Health is hiring Clinical Laboratory Scientist to support our client’s medical facility based in San Juan Capistrano, CA. This is a Contract job with a possible extension opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Title: Clinical Laboratory Scientist

Location: San Juan Capistrano, CA

Schedule: Wednesday – Sunday 6am-230pm

Pay Range/Salary Range: $48 - $51

Contract Duration: 6+ months

Job Description:

• Perform clinical laboratory testing and result analysis
• Conduct quality control, calibration, and instrument maintenance
• Evaluate specimen suitability and ensure accurate reporting
• Troubleshoot technical and operational issues
• Maintain laboratory safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards
• Support staff training and continuous quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• BS degree in Medical Technology or related Life/Physical Science (required)
• Current California CLS License (required)
• 0–3 years of laboratory experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
