Catering ManagerThe Catering Manager is an action-oriented and organized individual who enjoys high pressure and fast paced situations; preparing, assembling and delivering catered food to our guests at Chick-fil-A West Carmel.The Catering Manager reports to Back of House Director and works 40-45 hours weekly in a mixture of catering operations and other restaurant positions. The catering manager must have availability to work some evenings and weekends as needed to support orders at those times.Areas of Ownership and Responsibility:Catering Operations:Ensure all catering orders are fulfilled accurately and on-timeReceive and enter catering orders into the registerComplete setup and preparation for each order; boxes, utensils, sauces, etcAssemble trays of nuggets, chicken strips, etc.Drive delivery ordersMaintain a clean and organized operations areaPrepare and include a thank you card, coupon, and receipt along with each orderAssist in logging catering orders for future follow-ups and repeat ordersNotify the marketing director of any issues with orders and/or guestsImplement systems and processes to improve the catering fulfillment processPartner with other restaurant leaders and food prep team members to create daily and weekly plans to execute upcoming ordersKitchen Operations:Serve in restaurant positions, performing work such as:Order takingAssembling boxes of nuggets and stripsAssembling sandwichesCooking and serving Waffle Potato FriesBreading chickenCleaningSkills needed: planning, attention to detail, organization, enjoys the pressure of working on multiple things at once, professional communication with guests, thorough communication with restaurant operations team, self-management, goal setting, creativity, flexibility.Work schedule:Day shiftNight shiftWeekend availabilityBenefits:Flexible schedulePaid time offHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insurance401(k)Mileage reimbursement
