Senior Site Manager

Reference: SSMNOR01_1790839667 Posted: October 1, 2026 We are currently working with a leading Main Contractor, to assist in their search for an Senior Site Manager in Norwich. This will be on a large new build, life science scheme, overseeing the whole build process from start to finish. Reporting straight into the Project Manager. As Senior Site Manager, you would be overseeing the whole build process from groundworks to handover. Our client hasmultiple projects across Anglia and Norfolk, from Commercial, Industrial and Residential schemes. They have a strong pipeline of work, so there would be no issues with the longevity of work. Responsibilities for Senior Site Manager: Oversee the sub-contractors and labour force, keeping high health & safety standards. Achieve a high quality product across the build. Keep the project on time and in budget. Oversee the whole build process. Requirements for Senior Site Manager: Understand the whole build process. Worked on major projects.
