CDL-A Team Drivers | OTR FedEx Linehaul | $1,800–$2,400+ Weekly Per Driver
SBL Transport is hiring CDL-A Team Drivers for our FedEx Linehaul operation based out of Memphis, TN (38116).
We are currently looking for 2 CDL-A drivers to form 1 team . Additional teams and qualified individual drivers may also be considered.
This position offers $1,400 per week guaranteed per driver , average weekly earnings of $1,800–$2,400+ per driver , consistent FedEx Linehaul freight, and primarily automatic equipment.
Pay & Benefits- $1,800–$2,400+ average weekly earnings per driver
- $1,400 weekly pay guarantee per driver
- Approximately 4,000–6,500 team miles per week
- Weekly payroll
- Holiday bonuses of approximately $100 for qualifying holidays worked
- PTO/vacation after 1 year
- Per diem available
- Health insurance may be available
- Stable FedEx Linehaul freight
- Primarily automatic equipment
- Full-time team driving
- Primarily morning team runs
- Operations run Monday through Sunday
- Drivers may operate out of the Memphis terminal and additional SBL locations
- Routes depend on freight destinations
- Approximately 4,000–6,500 team miles per week
- Primarily automatic Freightliner tractors
- Fleet is primarily 2023 or newer
- Well-maintained equipment
- Automatic transmissions
- Valid Class A CDL
- Team driving experience preferred
- Doubles/Triples endorsement preferred
- Drivers willing to obtain their doubles endorsement may be considered
- Dependable and reliable work history
- Ability to safely operate OTR/undassigned freight
- Must meet applicable DOT and FedEx requirements
SBL Transport offers team drivers a combination of guaranteed weekly pay, strong earning potential, consistent FedEx Linehaul freight, and newer automatic equipment.
- $1,400 weekly guarantee per driver
- $1,800–$2,400+ average weekly earnings per driver
- $0.40 CPM per driver
- 4,000–6,500 team miles per week
