Digital Tech Program Lead Analyst

Job Overview Citibank is seeking a Digital Tech Program Lead Analyst located in Tampa, Florida. The role involves leading requirement gathering, business value assessment, product ownership, project coordination, testing, AML solution development, and compliance delivery. Responsibilities Lead requirement gathering and business value assessments with stakeholders. Document functional and technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Analyze, design, and implement technology solutions, including AML solutions using Oracle, data warehouse, and dashboards. Provide product ownership: define system enhancements, prioritize backlogs, and ensure technical delivery meets compliance objectives. Direct and coordinate projects, including budgeting, forecasting, dependency tracking, risk identification, and change management. Coordinate testing lifecycle: unit, integration, user acceptance testing; and bug resolution with development and QA teams. Work with engineering teams to develop technical AML solutions and dashboards using Excel or BI solutions such as Business Objects or MicroStrategy. Support telecommuting/hybrid work arrangement within commutable distance to Tampa. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. At least 6 years of progressively responsible post‑baccalaureate experience as Senior System Analyst, Product Owner, Senior Business Analyst, Technology System Consultant, etc. Experience analyzing existing systems and new requirements, identifying gaps, defining requirements, and aligning solutions with business objectives. Experience coordinating global programs, managing risks and dependencies, ensuring timely delivery within budget. Experience managing stakeholders, coordinating requirements, testing, and deployment across regions with IT compliance focus. Banking domain knowledge and technical skills in Oracle, data warehouse, and business intelligence tools. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $148,800 to $154,500 per annum.
